MESSAGE

My sincerest and heartfelt congratulations to the staff of The Sunday Punch as they celebrate its 54th founding year as vanguard of press freedom in the city and the whole province of Pangasinan.

I doff my hat for your undying commitment to bring to your readers truthful and unbiased news that can withstand scrutiny at all times, a principle that truly made you as the leader of community journalism in this part of the country.

With The Punch dutifully doing its part in reporting what is happening in our community, we can expect better governance, better Dagupan and Pangasinan.

Lastly, may I congratulate your Punch-Online, which has become a good vehicle to keep our Dagupenos overseas abreast of what is going on in our place.
