ONLINE CASINO IS OFFLINE—T2 RAF Electronic Station set up shop at the The Ragtime Bldg on Perez Boulevard in Dagupan City for an online casino operation after it was issued a business permit by the Office of Mayor Benjamin Lim in early September. The permit was revoked last week following a strong protest lodged by Lingayen-Dagupan Archbishop Socrates Villegas.
