DEED OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT WITH QUITCLAIM
Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late ENRIQUETA ABAD-MARIANO, who died on January 17, 2002 at Dagupan City, consisting of a Two (3) parcels of land situated in Sta. Maria, San Nicolas, Pangasinan and Malued, Dagupan City containing an area of 5444, 213 and 216, sq. meters, more or less, covered by T.C.T. No. T-26987, T.C.T. No. 58674 and T.C.T. No. 35637, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement with quitclaim in favor of ISIDRO MARIANO, under Doc. No. 75; Page No. 16; Book No. XII; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Roberto N. Raagas.
