Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late ALFREDO VICENTE, consisting of a Six (6) parcels of land situated at Dagupan City, San Nicolas, Pangasinan and Pozorrubio, Pangasinan, containing an area of 200, 2274, 4455, 10972, 7606 and 3388 square meters, covered under TCT Nos. 51648, Tax Decl. No. 14241, 14242, 1822, 1823 and OCT No. P-31320, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement of real estate with quitclaim in favor of NELSON S. VICENTE, under Doc. No. 09; Page No. 03; Book No. V; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Daniel T. Terrado.
