IN CELEBRATION OF WOMEN–The crowd that gathered at the Dagupan City plaza on March 8 for the celebration of the International Women’s Day watch entertainment personality Maybelyn Fernandez (left) sing while Jigs Seen plays the flute. The activity, organized by the Department of Education and chaired by Councilor Farah Decano, was themed “Babae, Tagumpay Ka ng Bayan”.
