JIGS PLAYS JAZZ–Civic leader and businessman Jeslito ‘Jigs’ Seen, a true-blue Dagupeno plays his saxophone to entertain residents of Barangay Pantal last February 14 during the search for Little Miss Valentine 2010 and Coronation Night, and the induction of the newly elected officers of the Pantal-Guam Youth Association headed by Dave Kevin Domingo Jr.  In the audience are Barangay Captain Lilia Yasar and her barangay council.
