VALUES FROM SCOUTING—Mrs. Gina de Venecia, Sison Mayor Kimi Cojuangco and Urdaneta City Mayor Amadeo Perez Jr. endorse the ideals of scouting when they visited the Boy Scouts Jamborette held in Barangay Bila, Sison with the theme: “Scouts create a Better World”.  The activity, held Janaury 29-31, was joined by Boy Scouts from the fourth, fifth and sixth districts of Pangasinan.
