HBRAD holds elections
LAST September 25, the Hotels, Bars and Restaurant Association of Dagupan or HBRAD had their first elections of officers at the Conference Room of the City Mayor’s Office. HBRAD is an association of hotels, bars and restaurants owners with the objective of promoting unity and mutual cooperation among those in the industry and other instrumentalities engaged in tourism, in order to protect the interests and welfare of the industry.
