LINGAYEN–A delegation from the neighboring province of La Union heaped praises on the newly renovated capitol building here saying it creates an environment that inspires good public service.

“It’s beautiful and clean, the perfect environment that people are really looking for… to serve most effectively and efficiently as true public servants,” said Geoffrey Tilan, La Union provincial administrator who led 59 officials and employees of the provincial governor’s office on a study tour here on December 21-22.

The study tour group visited all offices at the Capitol where department heads of the Pangasinan provincial government shared their office’s best practices.

The provincial government provided one of its buses for the group’s transportation.—LM
