Crime Watch program launched

LINGAYEN—The Pangasinan Bikers Federation, in coordination with the Philippine National Police and the provincial government, launched the Crime Watch program at the Don Narciso Ramos Sports Gymnasium   on Saturday.

The Crime Watch program will activate bikers belonging to various groups to patrol and report any commission of crime in the communities.

Rommel Cardinoza, president of the Riders Association of Capitol Employees and also Chief administrative Officer of the Provincial Health Office, said the launching was followed by the signing of a memorandum of agreement between the bikers federation, the provincial government, represented by Gov. Amado Espino Jr., and the provincial police represented by Sr. Supt. Percival Barba.

The bikers group is composed of some 50 riders club from the various parts of Pangasinan.

Alex Sison, president for the Villasis bikers, heads the provincial federation.

Gov. Espino was the event’s guest of honor and speaker. (PIO)
