Long wanted man using many aliases arrested
MANGALDAN—A long wanted person was finally arrested by the Mangaldan Police in Barangay Maasin last week.
Supt. Mateoc Casupan, chief of police, identified the suspect as Fernando Patubo, who introduced himself as Dante Lambino y Baltazar, alias “Nanding”’ and “Aldo”.
Patubo was arrested by the police by virtue of an Alias Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge Teodorico Alfonso P. Bauzon of the Regional Trial Court Branch 53 in Rosales on September14, 2004, docketed under Criminal Case No. 4383-R for the crime of Homicide.
Patubo was previously arrested by joint elements of the Mangaldan police and Regional Intelligence Unit in coordination with the Sta. Maria Police Station for the crime of Murder and Frustrated Homicide by virtue of Alias Warrant of Arrest, docketed under Criminal Case No. 5717-R and 5716.
The wanted man is temporarily under the custody of the Mangaldan Police.
