POLITICS OF ACHIEVEMENT—The “GAB” (Gina-Al-Belen) team of 4th District congressional candidate Gina de Vene-cia, Dagupan Mayor Al Fernandez and Vice Mayor Belen Fernan-dez rally members of their ticket and supporters when they converged at the Dagupan City Hall on Sunday after filing their respective certificates of candidacy at the Commission on Elections offices. GAB is pushing for politics of achievement in the city and the district.
