DAGUPAN CITY Savings and Credit Cooperative, a Micro-Finance Cooperative is a recipient of P3.5-M seed capital from Speaker Jose C. de Venecia, Jr., last June 26, 2006.

The credit cooperative will adopt the Grameen Bank Replication Program (GBRP) in loan extension to finance productive ventures and income generating project of its members comprising of different groups, sectors, and associations in the City of Dagupan.

A membership fee of P50 and a minimum share capital or cash investment of P500 shall be paid by eligible members or applicants. Qualified members can avail a loan twice their capital share or cash investment to the Cooperative.
