INTER-BARANGAY COUNCIL FAMILY TOURNEY

EIGHT barangay teams are advancing to the quarterfinals in the ongoing basketball tournament of the First Dagupan City Inter-Barangay Council Family Tournaments, which will commence this week at the Stadia.

The teams are Bolosan and Bonuan Boquig, Mamalingling, Mangin or Pugaro, Tebeng and Brangay I or Pogo Chico, and Salisay and Tambac.

Last games in the single round robin eliminations are also set next week, for top seeding (TP) or non-bearing ones (NBO) or placings.

These include Bacayao Norte vs. Barangay IV, Lasip Grande vs. Mamalingling, Malued vs. Tebeng, Salisay vs. Tambac, Carael vs. Bonuan Gueset, Lasip Chico vs. Caranglaan, Bolosan vs. Bonuan Boquig, and Lucao vs. Barangay I& II.

The tournament is supported by Vice-Mayor Belen T. Fernandez, CSI Group of Companies, USATV, Barangay Secretaries Association of Dagupan City (BASADA), and BAP (Basketball Association of the Philippines) Region I, Inc.
