Guv’nor steps up efforts to protect environment
LINGAYEN –The provincial government will intensify efforts to protect and conserve the environment to achieve sustainable growth and development of the province. This was stressed by Gov. Victor E. Agbayani in his recent State of the Province Address (SOPA) in which he outlined the major environment thrusts of his administration which include coastal resource management, reforestation and solid waste management programs.
