Pangasinan now has 1.45 million voters

PANGASINAN, one of the biggest provinces in terms of population, has 1,454, 477 registered voters as of July 20, making it the 5th nationwide with the highest number of voters.

Provincial election supervisor Reddy Balarbar said the number is still growing with the ongoing registration of voters.

The 3rd congressional district has the highest number of registered voters among all the six congressional districts at 336,115 with San Carlos City leading with 98,828 voters, followed by Malasiqui , 66,756 and Bayambang, 59,273.

Second is the 5th district with 241,667; 2nd district, 234,469; 6th district, 225,213 4th district, 220,210; and 1st district, 196,803.

In the 1st district, Alaminos is highest with 37, 233, followed by Bolinao, 33, 610 and Bani, 23, 545.

In 2nd district, Binmaley is highest with 49,937 followed by the capital town of Lingayen, 45,876 and Mangatarem, 38,085.

The 4th congressional district has Dagupan City as top with 83,662, Mangaldan with 47,420 and San Fabian with 37, 840.

In the 5th district, Urdaneta City leads with 62, 729, followed by Villasis town, 36,384 and Pozorrubio, 34, 635.

In the 6th district, Umingan is top with 36,643 while Asingan has 32,557 and Rosales, 29,200. #
