SEPTEMBER 12, Saturday, was weekend of more rain. It seemed everybody everywhere was aiming to keep safe and dry at home. Well, almost everybody. Two babies were out there stomping around getting their heads and feet wet. Whip them not; these babies were not kids at play.
They were on missions of mercy to the most needy of District 3. While Congresswoman Rachel “Baby” Arenas was delivering PhilHealth cards to the 83 barangays of San Carlos City, 29 of Calasiao and 15 of Mapandan, Mommie Rosemary “Baby” Arenas was delivering financial assistance to those whose pains desperately needed to be eased.

Norma Calugay, an English teacher from Bolingit, San Carlos City, gets a gift check to cover expenses for her chemotheraphy.
Consuelo de Vera of Bacnar, San Carlos City has groin cancer. With the cash assistance, she can continue her chemotherapy and the maintenance of colostomy bag. With her are Barangay Kagawad Fidel Castro and relatives Chandra Reyes, Gloria Peralta and Ana Mislang.
