RESCUE AND RELIEF OPERATIONS–Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr., chairman of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC), deploys Water Search and Rescue Team, Provincial Health Emergency Response Team, Provincial Engineeer’s Office and the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office to conduct rescue and relief operations to the towns of San Carlos City, Bugallon, Bayambang and Bautista on August 9.
