NOTICE OF EXTRAJUDICIAL SALE

Upon extrajudicial application for sale under act 3135, as amended, filed by mortgagee RURAL BANK OF ALAMINOS, INC. with principal place of business at Brgy. Poblacion, Quezon Ave., Alaminos City, Pangasinan, against mortgagors, SPS. ROMEO and HERMITISIMA BANIQUED, both Filipinos, both of legal ages, both with residence and postal address of Bisocol, Alaminos City, Pangasinan, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness as of July 6, 2012, amounts to ONE HUNDRED TWENTY THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUN-DRED THIRTEEN PESOS & 49/100 (123,813.49), Philippine Currency, including interests, penalties, exclusive of attorney’s fees and other incidental expenses to be incurred in connection with the foreclosure sale, the Clerk of Court & Provincial Sheriff, Ex-Officio of Pangasinan thru herein undersigned Sheriff, hereby announces that on September 18, 2012 between the hours of 9:00 o’clock in the morning and 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the Office of the Clerk of Court & Sheriffs, Regional Trial Court, Alaminos City, Pangasinan, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for Cash and Philippine Currency, the herein below-described real property, to wit:

“A parcel of residential land situated in Balayang, Alaminos City, Pangasinan, with an area of SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY EIGHT (778) sq. meters, more or less. Bounded on the North, by Marissa Abujin; on the South, by Lot 4576-p; on the East, by Marissa Abujin; and on the West, by Anselmo Flores, Jr. Declared under Tax Declaration No. 415 and with an assessed value of P18,670.00”.

This mortgage includes all the present and future improvements found the thereon.

Note: All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above-stated time and date in the event the public auction should not take place  on the s aid date, it shall be held on September 25, 2012 without further notice.

Prospective buyers and bidders are hereby enjoined to investigate for themselves the Title/Tax Declaration of the above described real property, and encumbrances thereon, if any there be.
