BINMALEY—A cadaver already in a state of decomposition was found floating at the river of Sitio Cayanga, Barangay Pototan here at about 7:30 p.m. of July 25.

The victim was identified as Domingo Aquino, 55, of Baranagay Malawa, Lingayen who was reported missing since June 23.

Erlinda Joaquoin, sister of the victim, went to the Binmaley police and said the family is no longer interested in conducting an autopsy on the victim as they believe that her brother drowned when he went fishing alone.
