84-year-old widow killed by robbers
BINALONAN–An 84-year-old widow from Barangay Sta. Maria here was killed by still unidentified robbers who barged inside her house on the night of July 17.
Cirila de Leon was found dead by neighbors inside her house at about 1:30 p.m. the next day
Police probers theorized that the robbers gained entrance into the house of the victim by destroying the backdoor then barged into the room of the victim and killed her.
The wallet of the victim was missing and believed taken by the perpetrators though they failed to get the wristwatch, ring, earrings and necklace with pendant of the woman hidden under her bed.
