FARMING AND KEEPING GREEN–Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr. leads the distribution of grass cutters and water pumps to barangay leaders as part of the provincial government’s program of providing every community with basic tools for farming as well as equipment to keep their areas clean and green. To date, a total of 710 barangays from the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Districts have already received their equipment, more than halfway to cover all the 1, 333 barangays of the province.
