Upon Extrajudicial application for sale under act 3135, as amended, filed by mortgagee SMALL BUSI-NESS GUARANTEE AND FINANCE CORPORATION (SBGFC), a government financial institution with principal offices at 17th & 18th floors, 139 Corporate Center, 139 Valero Street, Salcedo Village, Makati City against mortgagors, ASIAN INSTI-TUTE OF E-COMMERCE COLLEGE OF CALASIAO, INC., represented by AVELEO Q. FUENTES, TEODORO G. BONDOC, JR., MARIBEL M. CALUZA and JULITA F. FERRER, with new postal address at A.B. Fernandez East, Tambac District, Dagupan City, Pangasinan to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness which as of March 31, 2012 amounts to EIGHT HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THREE PESOS & 21/100 (P810,903.21), Philippine Currency, including interest, penalty and other charges on the principal amount up to the date of sale, excluding other incidental expenses to be incurred in connection  with the foreclosure sale, the Clerk of Court & Provincial Sheriff Ex-Officio of Pangasinan thru herein undersigned Sheriff, hereby announces that on August 7, 2012 between  the hours of 9:00 o’clock in the morning and 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the Office of the Clerk of Court & Sheriffs, Regional Trial Court, Alaminos  City, Pangasinan, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for Cash and Philippine Currency, the herein below-described real property, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot No. 3105, Cad. 559-D; being S. 34-46 E., 4212.90m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad. 559-D; thence N. 05-55 E., 48.93 m. to point 2; N. 84-47 E., 25.89 m. to 3; S. 18-11 E., 127.88 m. to point 4; N. 60-58 W., 61-94 m. to point 5; S.28-15 W., 39-38 m. to point 6; N. 21-51 W., 33.94m. to  point 7; N. 21-22 W., 21-23 m. to point 8; N. 45-00 E., 34.81 m. to point 1; point of beginning;

Containing an area  of FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUN-DRED AND EIGHTY FOUR (5,884) SQUARE METERS.

Note: in the event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on August 14, 2012, without further notice.
