Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late SPS. RODOLFO MARINAS and REMEDIOS IGNACIO, who died intestate on Nov. 16, 2007 and Sept. 17, 2002, respectively at Dagupan City, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Dagupan City containing an area of 394 sq. meters, more or less, covered by Transfer Cert. of Title No. 32211, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of real property with quitclaim and waiver of shares/rights in favor of MA.
