Tomas, La Union, consisting of a Two parcels of land both situated at San Pedro, Agoo, La Union, containing an area of 1,285 and 1,130 sq. meters, covered by OCT Title No. RP-811 (17214) Lot No. 8682, Cad. 314-D and OCT Title No. RP-1595 (17310) Lot No. 8684, Cad. 314-D, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement  with Deed of Sale in favor of EMMA R. FERRER, under Doc No. 14; Page No. 4; Book No. III; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Atty. Rafael T. Martinez.
