PINLAC, who died intestate on Jan. 20, 1985 at Malasiqui, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Malasiqui, Pangasinan, containing an area of 1,330 sq. meters, more or less, covered by OCT No. 12920, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with quitclaim and renunciation of real rights in favor of IMELDA CONCEPCION C. PINLAC, under Doc. No.135; Page No. 94; Book No. XI; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Atty. Salvador T. Imus, Jr.
