Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late ANGEL PONTAOE, who died intestate on August 8, 1998, at Bo. Balingeou, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Bo. Balingeou, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan containing an area of 6,763 sq. meters, more or less, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 6397, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with quitclaim in favor of FEDERICO A. PONTAOE, under Doc. No. 425; Page No. 85; Book No. IV; Series of 2011, under Notary Public Atty. Carlito C. Soriano, Jr.
