THE Mangaldan Lodge No. 354 of Free and Accepted Masons of the Philippines will conduct its “Operation Tuli” today, May 20, at Barangay Anolid in Mangaldan, where about 150 boys have been listed for the free circumcision.

Physicians, nurses and other staff from the Mangaldan Municipal Health Office and Region I Medical Center will perform the procedures and distribute medicines.

WM Buenaventure G.Benavidez said the project is an annual undertaking of the Lodge as part of its medical services to the community.—Philamer C. Celi
