No. 142, is the subject of extra-judicial partition with deed of absolute sale in favor of CENTRAL PANGASINAN ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC., represented by Gen. Manager JOSEFINA D. MANDAPAT, under  Doc. No. 028; Page No. 07; Book No. XLII, Series of 2011, under Notary Public Albino V. Gonzales.
