DIAZ, who died on Jan. 30, 2011 and Jan. 17, 2004 at Dumpay, Basista, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Dumpay, Basista, Pangasinan, containing an area of 1,833 sq. meters, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 299431, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement by the only heir CARMERLITA M.
