THE Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Baguio Regional Office is now accepting first-time applications through the Online Application System (OAS) for the June 30 and July 1, 2012 Nurses Licensure Examination.

Applicants can apply through OAS from April 21 to May 17 by going to www.prcbaguio.blogspot.com and click on the link for OAS at www.prc.gov.ph.
 

By May 18, the deadline for applications, applicants will have to go to the PRC office in Baguio.

The OAS is limited initially to examinees from Baguio, Cabanatuan, Dagupan and Laoag.

Applicants from other parts of Pangasinan, Nueva Ecija, Ilocos Norte, and Ilocos Sur must apply through OAS before their applications can be processed during the scheduled Araw ng Propesyonal in different venues. In Pangasinan, it will be on May 12, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the Colegio de Dagupan

AGEW NA PROPESYONAL

Another Agew na Propesyonal will be held on May 8 at the covered court in Bayambang, also  from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This event is jointly organized by the provincial government PRC Baguio Regional Office and the Bayambang local government through Mayor Ricardo M. Camacho.

The following services will be offered:

• Application for licensure examinations (Nurses, Teachers, etc.);

• Registration of license of March 2012 LET passers;

• Renewal of professional ID;

• Certificates of Good Standing; and

• Unclaimed ID and Board Certificates (filed at PRC Baguio).

Professionals who filed their applications at PRC Baguio and wish to claim their Professional ID and/or Board Certificate in Bayambang may e-mail PRC at prcbaguio.regulation@gmail.com or text 0921-969-3919 at least 3-4 days before the scheduled date.
