April 30 is special non-working day in Dagupan for Bangus Fest

IT will be a long weekend of festivities for Dagupan as April 30 has been declared a special non-working holiday in the city.

Proclamation No 371 signed by Executive Secretary Paquito Ochoa Jr. by authority of the President, declares Monday, April 30 as a special non-working day in the city of Dagupan to enable its people to participate in the Bangus Festival.

May 1, Labor Day, is a national holiday.
