Pangasinense shines in Texas University

SEVENTEEN-year old Diana Kristel Real, a Pangasinense now residing in Midland, Texas, USA, received three recognition awards last April 17 at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin (UTPB) during the school’s 36th Annual Honors Convocation.

The awards include the President’s Honor Lister, the Highest Academic Excellence Award, the Early Graduate Award for being accelerated twice and being the youngest student; and Full University Scholarship.

REAL

A first year B.S. Biology student, she is the daughter of Engr. Ferdinand Real and Dulce Ubando Real, former dean of the College of Nursing at the Perpetual Help College in Malasiqui.

Real finished Grade V with honors at Ednas School in Dagupan City.
