Notice is hereby given that the estate of the deceased SPS. FEDERICO MENESES and EUGENIA NARVARTE MENESES, who died on Nov. 11, 1988 and April 5, 1998 respectively at Pob. San Fabian, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Dagupan City, containing an area of 254 sq. meters, more or less, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 18374, is the subject of extra-judicial partition with sale in favor of SPS. ALFREDO S. BALOLONG and NIDA C. BALOLONG, under Doc. NO. 498; Page No. 101; Book No. XIV; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Atty. Albino Gonzales.
