No. 12073, are the subject of extrajudicial partition with deed of quitclaim in favor of AIDA BAUTISTA-DELA ROSA and RACHELLE DELA ROSA, under Doc. No. 475; Page No. 96; Book No. XIV; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Atty. Albino V. Gonzales.
