ORDER

Petitioner seeks the correction of entry in the record of birth of Frank Christian M. Calix with the Local Civil Registrar of Binmaley, Pangasinan under Registry No. 99-1362, specifically, as to the date and place of marriage of parents.

From “May 20, 1997 – Mun. Mayor, Binmaley, Pangasinan” to “July 27, 2003- Annunciation of the Lord Parish, Bonuan Gueset, Dagupan City.”

The Court hereby sets the initial hearing on 10 April 2012 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning at which date, time and place, any interested party may appear and show cause why the said petition should not be granted.

WHEREFORE, let copy of this order be published at the expense of the petitioner once  a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the Province of Pangasinan, including the cities of Dagupan, San Carlos, Urdaneta and Alaminos.

Furnish copies of this Order to the Office of the Solicitor General, Local Civil Registrar and the Provincial Prosecutor, Lingayen, Panga-sinan.
