SUPPORT FOR ECO-TOURISM PROJECT—The Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) rallies behind Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr. in pushing thru with his various government developmental programs, including the ongoing construction of the eco-tourism zone in Lingayen, by approving Provincial Resolution No. 1161-2012, authored by Board Member Alfonso Bince (standing at the rostrum), that expresses “total confidence, full support and commitment to the leadership of the governor” amidst the “politicized” issue on the construction of a golf course at the eco-tourism zone. In his privilege speech Bince lambasted the statements of Board Member Ranjit Shahani (seated infront) in a press conference prior to the SP session.
