Balite, Malasiqui, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Calbeg, Malasiqui, Pangasinan, containing an area of 10,648 sq. meters, more or less, covered by Tax Decl. No. 13796 and TCT No. 159526, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate and renunciation of rights and interest by and among the heirs, under Doc. No.374; Page No. 65; Book No. XI; Series of 2011 under Notary Public Atty. Salvador T. Imus, Jr.
