Notice is hereby given that the estate of the deceased TRINIDAD G. LAFORTEZA, who died intestate sometime February 10, 2002, consisting of a portion of land (Lawn Prayer-Sp. Prem.; Sec. *B*; Block *1*; Lot 1-4*), situated at Eternal Gardens Memorial Park – Dagupan City,  is the subject of extra-judicial partition of estate by and among the heirs, under Doc. No. 18; Page No. 04; Book No. XI; Series of 2012.
