No. 269, is the subject of extra-judicial settlement of estate with waiver and quitclaim in favor of REYNALDO, AMADO, NENITA and SATURNINO, all surnamed LOCADING, under Doc. No. 471; Page No. 46; Book No. II, Series of 2011, under Notary Public Atty. Michael Gotos Dela Vega.
