INSTALLATION RITE—The new officers of Mangaldan Lodge No. 354, led by Police Inspector Buen Benavides as incoming Worshipful Master, are installed taking over the lodge’s affairs from outgoing Worshipful Master Police Inspector Bingo de Asis. The installation was graced by Police Regional Director Alan Purisima of the National Capital Region Police Office as guest of honor and speaker who is shown congratulating Benavides.
