Justine Marie C. Arenas to U.S.A.
JUSTINE Marie L. Arenas, a senior student of Dominican School, Dagupan City, along with 14 other students of the City of Dagupan, will represent the city as exchange student to sister-state Milpitas city, California, U.S.A. this summer.
They will be the first batch of students visiting Milpitas City, U.S.A. pursuant to a joint-agreement between the city and Milpitas as part of continuing educational and cultural linkages between the two cities.
The two- week program (May 15 to 27) will enable the students to visit various American cultural and educational institutions.
Justine is the daughter of Atty. Napoleon B. Arenas Jr. of Dagupan City and Geraldine F. Layug- Arenas of Tubao, La Union.
