NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

  Upon Extra-judicial petition for sale under Act 3135, filed by the mortgagee HOME DEVELOPMENT MUTUAL FUND, Atrium of Makati, Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, and Branch Office at 1st to 3rd Floor Benning Realty Square, Arellano St., Dagupan City, Pangasinan, represented by Ms. Mary Jocelyn N. Retuya, Dept. Manager III, against mortgagor MARLITO D. PATAYAN, Atty.-In-Fact of SPS. EULOGIO PATAYAN AND MARTINE DE GUZMAN, of legal age, Filipino with residence and postal address at #12 Brgy. Longos, San Carlos City, Pangasinan, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness, which as of December 5, 2011 amounts to Php 371,578.89, including interest, penalty charges, plus attorney’s fees, cost of publication and expenses of the foreclosure, the Ex-Officio Sheriff or her duly authorized deputy will sell at public auction on April 2, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. or soon thereafter at the Office of the Clerk of Court, San Carlos City, Pangasinan, to the highest bidder for cash or manager’s check and in Philippine Currency, the following property with all its improvements, to wit:

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. T-(0-4866) – 14104

(San Carlos City, Pangasinan)

  “A parcel of land (Lot 3100-A, Psd-1-02317, being a portion of Lot 3100, San Carlos Cadastre, LRC No. ____), situated at Coliling and Poblacion, City of San Carlos, Province of Pangasinan. Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 3104; on the SE., along line 2-3 by Lot 3100-B, on plan. Containing an area of Five Hundred Seventy One (571) Square Meters, including improvements there-on.”

All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above stated time and date.

In the event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on April 9, 2012 without further notice.
