NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

  Upon Extra-judicial petition for sale under Act 3135, filed on March 16, 2011 by Home Development Mutual Fund (otherwise known as Pag-IBIG Fund), a government financial institution duly organized and existing under and by virtue of Republic Act 9679 with principal office at the Atrium of Makati, Makati Avenue, Makati City against MELBA P. BALLESTA with postal address at #173 Nibaliw East, San Fabian, Pangasnan to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness which as of November 10, 2011 amounts to EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY FIVE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FORTY SIX & 76/100 (Php895.346.76) including past due interest, penalty, atty’s fee and expenses incidental to the public auction sale, the undersigned Sheriff will sell at public auction on March 16, 2012 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. in front of the Municipal  Hall Bldg., San Fabian, Pangasinan to the highest bidder, for cash and in Philippine Currency, the below described property/properties, with all existing improvement thereon, to wit:

TAX DECLARATION NO. 0103

  “A parcel of residential land together with all its improvements, thereon, situated in the barangay, Nibaliw, San Fabian, Pangasinan, Bounded on the North by Rio; on the East by Mabini St., on the South by Rodrigo Federizo; and on the West by Mateo Cacapit; xxx containing an area of 397 square meters, more or less. Declared under Tax Declaration No. 0002 and Assessed at Php950 for the current year. Not yet registered under Act 496 nor under the Spanish Mortgage Law.”

The bidding will be done thru SEALED BIDS and the property will be awarded to the best and highest bidder who shall pay his bid in cash or manager’s check in Philippine currency within five (5) days from notice.

All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above stated time and date.

In the event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on. March 23, 2012 same time and place without further notice.

Prospective buyers may investigate for themselves the Title/Tax Declaration/s of the property/properties above-described and the encumbrances thereon, if any there be.
