ORDER

 This is a verified petition filed by the petitioner praying for the correction of entry in the record of her birth in the Local Civil Registrar of Bayambang, Pangasinan, particularly as to her Date of Birth from July 28, 1964 to July 28, 1962.

Finding the petition to be sufficient, the initial hearing is hereby set on February 9, 2012 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning at which time, date and place all persons having any opposition thereto may appear and show cause, if any, why the petition should not be granted.

Let a copy of this Order be published at the expense of the petitioner, once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the Province of Pangasinan, including the cities of Dagupan, Alaminos, Urdaneta and San Carlos which shall be selected on the basis of raffle.

Likewise let copies of the Order be furnished each to the Office of the Local Civil Registrar of Bayambang, Pangasinan, the Solicitor General of the Philippines, Makati City and the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.
