The annual grand homecoming of the Dagupan City National High School alumni on December 28, 2008 at the city plaza promises to be “most colorful” and “best attended,” according to the executive committee chaired by businessman Manuel V. Roy.

A member of Class 68, Roy said his group has been actively campaigning everywhere to ensure huge participation in the big event which former Mayor Benjie Lim described once as “even better attended than the city plaza itself.”

Judge Emma Torio, DCNHS alumni association president said she was elated by the focus and enthusiasm shown by the executive committee to ensure a successful event.

A well known producer of outstanding leaders in all the professions, among them National Artist Salvador Bernal (Class 62), the Dagupan City National High School is the alma mater of many successful Dagupenos here and abroad.

In felicitating the alumni, Mayor Alipio Fernandez Jr., a regular guest at the annual homecoming, said he will help in the completion of the alumni building, which has remained unfinished.
