THE KING AND HIS FAN—Five-time Tour de France and Giro de Italy champion Eddy Merckx from Belgium gladly spares a moment for his fan, cyclist Blandino Caguioa during the 2008 World Bike Show held recently in Las Vegas, Nevada. Caguioa, a native of San Carlos, is now based in Houston.
