TBBSHA officers inducted
THE newly elected officers of the Tondaligan Blue Beach Subdivision Homeowners Association (TBBSHA) led by chairman Jun Velasco and president Jojo Maramba in Barangay Bonuan Gueset, Dagupan City took their oaths of office before Mayor Alipio Fernandez Jr. on October 2.
The oath-taking, witnessed by Councilor Farah Decano and civic leader Ashok Vasandani, preceded a unification election by 154 homeowners and renters.
The HLURB is the sole government agency that supervises housing and subdivision activities.
The election of directors was held following an order from the Housing Land Use Regulatory Board headed by Regional Director Teresita Galacgac.
It was supervised by Sheriff Andres Fernandez and a Comelec composed of Victor Tiong, Oscar Abalos, Dave Alunan, Rudy Gomez, and Barangay Chairman Angel Gumarang.
The new officers and directors are James Nate, vice president; Cristine Resultay, secretary; Cecil Damaso, sub secretary; Delia Stibler, treasurer; Delia Cuison, treasurer II; Helen Bersa and Siegfred Ramos, public relations officers; Amy Barrozo, auditor; Ofelia Rayos, Pastor Alvin Fajardo, Sam Vidal, Oca Tolentino and Eva Cayabyab, directors.
Other officers are: Ramon Santillan, legal officer/ executive secretary; Dave Alunan, legal adviser; Nonong Canicula, by-laws amendment chairman; Jun Bunag, cooperative committee chairman.#
