NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

Upon Extra-judicial petition for sale under Act 3135/1508 filed by the mortgagee BHF RURAL BANK, INC., LINGAYEN BRANCH, LINGAYEN, PANGASINAN, against the mortgagor/s CECILIA R. UNGSON with the residence and postal address at BEVERLY HILLS, BONUAN GUESET, DAGUPAN CITY to satisfy the mortgage indeb-tedness which as of NOVEMBER 25, 2011 amounts to SIX HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P650,000.00) Philippine Currency, excluding penalties, charges, attorney’s fees and expenses of foreclosure, the undersigned or his duly authorized deputy will SELL at PUBLIC AUCTION on FEBRUARY 21, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. or soon thereafter at the main entrance of the REGIONAL TRIAL COURT, LINGAYEN, PANGASINAN to the highest bidder, for cash or manager’s check and in Philippine Currency, the following property with all its  improvements, to wit:

TAX DECLARATION NO. 16191 (Previous Tax Dec. 00080)

“A parcel of land (Lot No. 5701-B) situated in New Street East, Lingayen, Pangasinan. Bounded on the North by Lot 5702-A & B; on the South by New St. East; on the East by Lot 5701-C and on the West by Lot 5701. Containing an area of THREE HUNDRED TWENTY (320) SQUARE METERS more or less with an assessed value of P26,880.00 embraced by Tax Dec. No. 16191.

Note: Including all present and future improvements thereon.

“All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above stated time and date.”

“In the event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on February 28, 2012, without further notice.”
