Notice is hereby given that the estate of the deceased ENRIQUETA M. SORIANO, who died intestate on March 10, 2011 at Bugallon, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Brgy. Bolaoen, Bugallon, Pangasinan, containing an area of  4,616 sq. meters, more or less, declared under Tax Decl No. 14058 and covered by TCT No. 026-2011000266, is the subject of extra-judicial partition with absolute sale in favor of ELIAS V. JAVIER, under Doc. No. 61, Page No. 36, Book No. CXLIII, Series of 2012 under Notary Public Corleto R. Castro.
